Dr. Barnard moved to Los Angeles, California to complete his Neurological Surgery residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He returned to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center to complete his fellowship in Neuroendovascular Surgery. During his residency and fellowships he was awarded two grant awards, the Medtronic Endovascular Neurosurgery Fellowship grant and the Codman Neuro™ Endovascular Neurosurgery Fellowship grant.
